PRE ENGINEERING AND FREE STANDING CHAIRS
The Pre-Engineering students have finished up their freestanding cardboard chairs. Designed with no adhesives or fasteners they had to be assembled in such a way where they would be able to support the weight of a person.
FIRE MARSHALL VISITS EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION.
The Early Childhood Education program had a visit from the State of Maine fire marshal to review safety rules and regulations specifically related to the daycare/preschool environment. The fire marshal took time to share how various areas of the daycare, including the layout of the rooms, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and the general safety of the space must meet all regulations. This information is important to review often and we look forward to this visit yearly.
