Our candy sale is now over. If you have any remaining funds out, please get those turned in asap! As a reminder, we do not take back candy that hasn't been sold.
We have one soccer game this week on Tuesday. The game is over at Coolspring and will begin at 3:45. You must provide your own transportation to and from the game. We do not have an activity bus!
GrandFriends Day is this week. Students with the last name A-M will be on Wednesday, and students with the last name N-Z will be on Thursday. This event begins at 8 am and ends at 8:35. It will be held on our Edgewood playground. Please park near the playground.
Our ESA is doing a Giveback Night at Hacienda on Tuesday, September 17th. Please see the flier below for more information!
Next week is our College Go Spirit Week! Please see the flier under "counselor notes" for more information!
If there are any changes to your dismissal plan, please make sure all calls are made prior to 2:00. It is very hard to ensure that messages will be delivered after 2:00. Thank you for your understanding!

Important Everyday Reminders
Reminders:
**If you have a new phone number or address, please make sure to let our office know as soon as possible. It is imperative that we are able to reach you in case of any emergency. Thank you so much!
**Drop off/Pickup If you are dropping your child off late, or picking them up early, please make sure you are not parking in the fire lane at the front of the building. This area is reserved for busses, and for emergency vehicles. Thank you!
**If you are changing your child's dismissal plan, please make sure all phone calls and messages are made prior to 2:00. It is very hard to ensure messages are getting received after 2:00.
**If you are dropping your child off in the morning, please know that our doors do not open until 8:25. All parent drop-offs must be done at Door B. Our front entrance is reserved for busses.
**Birthday Celebrations: As a reminder, birthday treats from outside stores are not permitted. ***Volunteers/Pop-Ins: We love having volunteers! Please make sure if you would like to volunteer, a background check must be on file. The form can be found here. Also, if you would like to "pop-in" on your student, the teacher must have a 24-hour notice. Thank you!

Notes from the Nurse
Immunizations are due this week and there are 46 students still not in compliance. Please call nurse Eva with appointment date or come in and sign religious/medical waiver. Parents will be notified next week of exclusion from school if this is not take care of. Thank you.
Mobile dentist will be here 9/25 and 9/26.
Just a reminder, please do not send your child to school sick. Fever, vomiting or diarrhea require 24 hours without symptoms or medication to suppress these symptoms, before student comes back to school. If you child has any of these symptoms the night before school, do not send them, as this is when they are most contagious. COVID positive rules have changed, student may return to school 24 hours after last symptom (especially fever) without use of medications to suppress these symptoms. Face masks are no longer required when returning to school. Thank you.
