If they have pass-offs unstamped, they are due this coming week for grades (end of quarter).

This week in the All-Stars...

Sixth grade social studies is completing a unit on comparing river valley civilizations. Our All Stars team teachers, John Muller and Marla Ott, collaborated on the topic of Egypt. Mr. Muller shared stories of his military experience in the Middle East while spending time between Egypt and Jordan.

"Finding Nemo Jr." Audition

If your child is interested in auditioning for a role in Finding Nemo Jr, please make sure they have filled out the Audition Interest Form on their grade level Google Classroom. This is only for acting roles. Applications for back stage work will be available in December. Contact Mrs. Carson with questions— acarson@sdale.org

Tailgate time!

It's time for our annual Hellstern PINK OUT Tailgate! Students can purchase a ticket to stay after school and eat a snack and then walk over to the HBHS stadium to sit in the student section and cheer on our Hero Football Team! Students will need to be picked up at HMS in the 6th grade car rider line at 6:15 or checked out by a parent at the game.

Tickets are $9 and include a snack and entry to the game. All profits made will be donated to Metavivor for Breast Cancer Research. Tickets can be purchased by clicking on this link.

Flu Clinic

Flu Clinic forms are going home on Monday, September 23rd. Students will get them during their advisory time. Our flu clinic for students is October 22nd. Forms should come back to the office and we will give them directly to Nurse Laura. Please remember to sign the flu form. Any questions - email lboseman@sdale.org.
