Mrs. Lake's Weekly Update
November 17, 2024
Dear All Saints Families,
Before we know it we will be keeping our eyes on nor'easters and impending storms. Should the need to cancel school arise, you will be notified through our FACTS communication system. Depending on the settings you have chosen you will receive an alert message on your phone and/or a voice message. School closures are also announced on our school facebook page and advertised through wabi. Understanding the disruption delays and closures can cause families, we do our best to announce them as quickly as possible and to offer extended day care for those who need it.
~Johanna Lake, Principal
All parents have been sent a link with directions on how to sign up for parent teacher conferences. If you have not signed up please do so this week. You can reach out to your child's teacher if you did not receive the link or need help. We look forward to welcoming parents into the building on November 25 and 26.
🦃 THANKSGIVING WEEK 🥧
- Students in grades 6 - 8 do not have any classes on November 25 or November 26.
- Students in PK - 5 have an early dismissal on November 25 and November 26. Saint John's Campus will dismiss at 11:30 am both days and Saint Mary's Campus will dismiss at 11:40 am.
As was done in the past the PTO is asking for food donations on Monday, November 25 in order to provide supper for the teachers. Below is the link to sign up - sheet 1 is for Saint John's Campus and sheet 2 is for Saint Mary's Campus. Food should be brought into each campus the morning of November 25th and families earn one hour of community service volunteering for helping out. Any dishes or serving utensils may be picked up on Tuesday, November 26th. Please label everything you plan to take back home with you. Reach out to Kate Carey with any questions.
Mass Sales: There is still a need for someone to sell calendars at the Saint Joseph's Mass next weekend. Please sign up below if you are able to help out. Any money and tickets collected, along with unsold calendars from this week's Mass sales can be turned in Monday morning at either office. Thank you!

Volunteers will be organizing and wrapping the donations on Wednesday, November 27. Raffle drawings begin on December 2nd (December 2nd, there will be two drawings because Advent begins on Sunday, December 1st).
