The Hatter Chatter
District Communications Newsletter- Back to School Edition

Message from Dr. Eveslage, Superintendent of Schools
Welcome to the 2023-24 School Year! We hope summer has brought you peace, restoration, and joy, and that you share our excitement as we welcome in the 2023-24 school year. We are eager to welcome our PreK-12 Hatters back to school for our first day of school on Tuesday, September 5th.
Families can expect communication directly from their school principal about specific beginning-of-the-year details. You also will be receiving an email detailing how to access the family portal of PowerSchool, which will be opening on Monday, August 21, at 12:00 noon. By accessing the portal, students and families can view their student information, including schedules, teachers, bus details, and required school forms. In this newsletter, please review some important dates and opportunities for us to collaborate and engage with you as partners.
We are excited about the opportunities that 2023-24 holds for us as a community, and we can't wait to see our students flourish when they return. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if we can help you in any way. Have a great school year!
Yours in Hatter Pride,
Scott Eveslage, Ed.D.
