Christmas Card Picture Time!
We will take our faculty Christmas card picture on Friday, December 13th @ 7:20am in the PAC!
Please wear your ugly Christmas sweater for the picture! The uglier---the better! Also, please bring any additional festive attire/props you would like to wear/use in the picture (antler headbands, elf hats, etc.).
You will be excited to know that I have a special costume for Mr. Nagel to wear for our picture this year! (Never underestimate what I can talk him into! )
We will have a yearbook student take the pic with the yearbook camera so that we have a good quality picture! As always, I will post the picture online so that you can also share on social media. You will also each get one of our printed Christmas cards--my gift to you!
Our picture last year was awesome, but I think our card this year will be even better!
Mark your calendars!
Student Chromebook Collection before Winter Break
Similar to last year, we will be collecting student Chromebooks before students leave for winter break. This year, all CHS teachers will collect student Chromebooks during Advisory period on Thursday, December 19th. If students have a math, social studies, or elective final exams on Thursday, December 19th during 6th, 7th, or 8th period and that final exam requires the students use their Chromebooks, those students may keep their Chromebooks and turn them in to their Advisory teachers immediately after their 6th, 7th, or 8th period final on Thursday.
Also, students in the following classes will need to keep their Chromebooks on Thursday, December 19th for the Hour of Code. Students will bring their Chromebooks to their Advisory teachers after these classes:
T.Marsh's 6th period
Figg's 7th period
Adams's 8th period
As teachers collect student Chromebooks on Thursday, December 19th, each teacher will complete the tracking spreadsheet linked below. We (Mrs. Prather and Dr. Watkins) will use this to track down missing student Chromebooks. Please make sure that students POWER OFF Chromebooks!

The following students will turn in their Chromebooks to Mrs. Prather in the Library before/during lunch on Thursday, December 19th:

Students who have mornings and/or afternoons at TLC
Students who typically turn in their Chromebooks to Mrs. Prather at the end of each day
