Congratulations to the Hornet Baseball Team on advancing to the STATE Semi-Finals!
Congratulations to the Hornet Baseball team who came from behind in thrilling fashion to beat Kingston in the first round and Tumwater in the quarterfinals to advance to the State semi-finals in Bellingham over Memorial Weekend! Best of Luck to the Hornets as they compete in the Final Four and continue their quest of a State Championship!

Congratulations to the Hornet Lacrosse team on advancing to the STATE Title game!
Congratulations to the Hornet Lacrosse team who advanced to the STATE Finals for the second year in a row after defeating Sedro-Wooley in a dominating performance at Enumclaw Stadium! The Hornets will compete at Starfire on May 25th with the opportunity to win back to back State Titles!
Congratulations to the EHS Equestrians who won the WAHSET STATE Large Team Championship!
20 athletes competed at State and the following Hornet Equestrians will be going on to compete in the Regional Competition where the top 5 in events from WA compete against the top 5 from Oregon.

24 Hornet FFA students competed in the Washington State Career and Leadership Development Events. Here were the results:
- Olivia McKeighen, Juliet Gwerder, and Alina Cierkowski earned their state degrees which is the highest award you can receive in Washington FFA
- Olivia McKeighen came home a state champion in the Agriculture Education Proficiency contest, Alina Cierkowski took 2nd
- Lucy Mortimer came home a state champion in the Goat Production and Care Proficiency contest and took 2nd in the Small Animal production and Care Proficiency contest.
- Juliet Gwerder was recognized as a District Star Farmer and won $500
- Horse Evaluation Team came home state champions out of 25 teams and Olivia McKeighen placed 6th individually out of 140 individuals.
- FARM for Kids took 3rd in state against 18 teams
- BBQ team took 5th in state against 40 teams
- Scrapbook team took 5th in state against 20 teams
- Veterinary Science took 8th in state against 64 teams and Lucy Mortimer placed 10th individually out of 310 students
- Agriculture Issues team took 8th in state against 18 teams
- Meat Evaluation and First year member teams made it to finals, but did not place in state
- Milk Quality & Products team qualified and competed at state, but did not make it to finals
Congratulations to the Hornet Softball Team on Qualifying for STATE!
Congratulations to the Hornet Softball team on advancing to State. The team had to win 3 straight games on Friday to qualify and they did so in resounding fashion. They now will compete in Selah, WA over Memorial Weekend! Way to go Hornets!

Congratulations to the Hornet Athletes on qualifying for State competition over Memorial Weekend. The boys team placed 3rd and the girls team placed 8th in the District Tournament.
