COVE ROAD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
January, 2025
Message From the Principal
Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a very happy and healthy holiday. As we enter a new year here at Cove Road, I would like to remind you that I, and our staff, are always available for any support you or your child may need. We strive to continue to help your children reach their utmost potential.
We will continue to offer tutoring throughout the rest of the school year. Language Arts will continue after school on Tuesdays and Math on Thursdays. If your child is interested in attending, please fill out the permission slip, which is available in the CRS e-Backpack.
Our other after school clubs will continue to meet. Drama Club will begin meeting every Monday and Tuesday beginning January 6th, to prepare for our show in March. You can support the CRS Drama Club by participating in their Chipotle Fundraiser Night on January 8th. Details are below.
Last month, we wrapped up marking period one and have officially entered marking period two. Congratulations to our students for their hard work during the first marking period!
Thank you to the PTO, who again provided pizza for the entire school on the day before Winter break.
Remember to wear Cove Road Mustang blue on Fridays. Show your school spirit! Also, a friendly reminder to make a habit of checking the Cove Road website and the Cove Road e-Backpack for new information and updates. Finally, please follow us on X: @CRS_mustangs.
