BWMS Family Update
1/17/25
Remembering Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
"Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?"
With this in mind, we are excited to see the production return of our BWMS Talk Podcast coming soon. This year, some of our student leaders will be interviewing their favorite teachers to hear about the impact of education. This project was inspired by our selection as a Youth Service America Lead Agency Grant in partnership with Americorps as they have helped fund the equipment to bring this dream into a reality. Ultimately, we hope that the life lessons and leadership from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will continue today through this project to inspire servant leadership and positive decisions for our youth.
Look for the first episode to be shared soon.
Have a great extended weekend,
~Mr. Josh Frame

We are excited to announce that Big Walnut Middle School will be starting a chapter of National Junior Honor Society. Any student who qualifies, based on their grade point average, will be notified in January and given the opportunity to complete the application process. At the core of National Junior Honor Society are the pillars of Scholarship, Character, Leadership, Service and Citizenship, which guide the acceptance of members and the activities in which students will participate.
