Greetings PES Families!

I hope Spring Break provided everyone with the opportunity to rest, rejuvenate, and enjoy time with family. The students returned to school with ease and their positive focus in the classroom is evident. Time is flying, and the end of the school year will be here before we know it! In the meantime, there is still a lot of learning to be done, mixed in with fun activities including Field Day, field trips, and the PTO Spring Pfling!

The first round of STAAR testing takes place next week and the following week for 3rd-5th grade reading and 5th grade science, and will conclude in May for 3rd-5th grade math. Please make sure your child get's a good night's sleep, gets to school on time, and hears from you how well you know they can do on these very important STAAR tests! Thank you in advance for your support and encouragement!
