Title One Parent Engagement Tips
Counseling Corner:
Parents: Encourage your child to dream about the future
Ask your child what they love to do, and why they love it so much. If they say they would like to be an astronaut, encourage them to read books about space flight. Share some things you love to do. You might even talk about how you chose your own path in life. Your child may face some failures along the way. Remind him/her that a failure is just a lesson to be learned. They should keep dreaming big.
Reading Corner:
Parent Tips:
2/7 is National Send a Card to a Friend Day! Celebrate with your scholar by sending a greeting card through the mail or an ecard.
