The following motions were approved:

• Motion to approve the additional base compensation for a district administrator based on board policy 222.11 benefits for administrators.
• Motion to approve a regional salary adjustment for the following staff position: Bilingual Liaison
• Motion to approve job description and title from data analyst to student data administrator.
• Motion to approve Bray Architects for $12,500 for long range facility planning services.

• $350.00 from Lori Heidenreich for Ferradermis
• $886 from United Way of Jefferson and N Walworth Counties and The Real MacCoys for Ferradermis (United Way Bingo Night at the Real MacCoys)

The following policy updates were approved:

• 221.1, Recruitment and Hiring of Administrative Staff
• 222.1, Administrator Contracts - RETIRE
• 222.1, Administrator Contracts - ADOPT
• 222.11, Benefits for Administrators
• 222.13, General Contract Provisions for Administrators

The Board approved the 2024-2025 employee handbook.

The Board approved the $5,000.00 donation from Regal Rexnord for Ferradermis.
