As we close the chapter on another incredible school year, we want to take a moment to celebrate the remarkable achievements and milestones reached by our students, staff, and community. From the academic excellence illustrated by three National Merit Scholars to extracurricular triumphs such as the highest number of string musicians accepted at the PMEA regional orchestra from any school in our region; from Kindergarten registration, Sneak-a-Peak and Bridge Day to Gettysburg, Traverse Awards, Kenbrook and Senior Graduation, this year has been a testament to the hard work, dedication, and resilience of our entire school district. We are immensely proud of our students for their perseverance and growth, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated teachers and staff who have gone above and beyond to support and inspire our learners every day. Together, we have navigated challenges and celebrated successes, creating an environment where every student can thrive.

As we head into the well-deserved summer break, we wish everyone a season filled with relaxation, joy, and rejuvenation. Whether you are embarking on new adventures, spending time with loved ones, or simply taking a moment to unwind, we hope this summer brings you happiness and cherished memories. Please stay safe and take care of yourselves and each other. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in the fall, refreshed and ready for another exciting year of learning and growth. On January 23, 1992, Ben Yupcavage and Tim Russell, both Hershey High School athletes, were tragically killed in an automobile accident. In their memory, the Yupcavage and Russell families established the Tim Russell – Ben Yupcavage Memorial Scholarship Fund. Now in its 31st year, the event which has become known as “Ben & Tim Day”, has maintained this scholarship fund in loving memory of and as a tribute to Ben and Tim.

This year 37 $1000 scholarships were awarded in honor of Ben and Tim.
