February Recap: Some of the Great Things Happening at Beacon!
1) Kaiden T., from Ms. Rydman’s class, saved 60 Bulldog Biscuit to win the Principal for the Day Auction. He had a busy day ordering playground equipment, getting signatures and visiting classrooms. 2) “Doctor Doug” from Broadway Dental was here last Friday with an interactive presentation for February Children’s Dental Health Month. Students were surprised that a bottle of orange juice had MORE sugar than a bottle of root beer. 3) Mrs. Parker and Mrs. LaLonde’s classes participated in Wellness Wednesday earlier this month by doing Yoga with Nan C.
