Student Birthdays
Birthdays are special to your child and we want them to enjoy this occasion. At Stone Creek, we do not allow students to pass out birthday treats. This includes food and non food items. Our birthday leaders will make sure your child receives a birthday card from the school during his/her birthday month. Birthdays are also displayed on the TV's throughout the building for the entire month of their birthday. Summer birthdays are also displayed. Balloons are discouraged, they are not permitted on the school bus. We ask that you refrain from sending birthday party invitations to school, unless you are inviting your child's entire class or all the boys or all the girls in the class.
Volunteer at Stone Creek
We really hope to increase our parent involvement in Stone Creek during the 24-25 school year. One way we are looking to increase parent involvement is through volunteers at Stone Creek. We are looking for volunteers who want to work in the school, work at SCE special events, and volunteer from home.
If you are interested, the first thing you need to make sure you are an approved volunteer for WSD. Click here for details!! There is an annual step for renewal that must be completed before becoming a volunteer.
Please click on the button below to show your interest in becoming a Stone Creek Volunteer. This will help us build our list of who to communicate with when volunteers are needed. We can't wait to boost up our volunteers this year.
Ask us Anything!
Ask us anything! We often see questions on social media about policies and procedures at Stone Creek. We are here to help! If you have any question big or small about SCE, please ask it here. Our front office will monitor your questions and respond directly to you in a timely manner.
From the Nurses Office
Hi! I am Valerie Akers, and I am the School Nurse at Stone Creek. You can reach me by email at valerieakers@wsdr4.org, or by calling 636-887-3898 ext: 51248. I can't wait to see our returning Dragons and meet all of our new families. I will be here for Meet The Teacher Night on August 14. Please stop in and say hello. Please read the back to school information from my clinic below.
If Your Child is an Incoming Kindergartener
All students must be compliant with immunizations requirements before starting school. If your child is missing any immunizations, you should have received a phone call or email from me. If you have any questions regarding your child’s immunizations, please contact me. Email is usually the best since I am only in the office for a few hours over the summer.
If your Child Takes Medication at School
All medications, prescription and over the counter medications (Tylenol, Ibuprofen, etc.) must have the proper paperwork completed. This includes the medication form signed by the parent and the physician. Parents are responsible for getting this paperwork completed and bringing in the medication to school. Students are not allowed to transport the medication to school. Medication cannot be administered until this paperwork is properly completed. Click here for the forms to complete.
If your Child has Medical Needs at School
If you child has medical needs at school, or if a need arises during the year, please contact me as soon as possible.

Wentzville School District News
WSD Back to School Fair
The WSD plans to host the 14th Annual Back to School Fair for District families on Saturday, August 10, from 8-11am at Liberty High School. The event is intended to get school supplies in the hands of WSD students who need them the most.
The event is free for District families and will feature dozens of vendors, free school supplies, games and fun activities for children. At last year's event, we distributed over $10,000 worth of school supplies to WSD students. In addition, MOChip will be on hand to provide free child identification kits.
While the event is free, families are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to Operation Food Search, which serves local families in need. For more information, visit the WSD website: https://bit.ly/WSDBTSFair24. #WeAreWentzville
