Registration materials for the summer programs are now available. Adult Education offers both credit recovery classes and competency recovery classes. See below for the link to the forms. Completed forms can be submitted now. Early registration is recommended to ensure space for all students needing to take classes.

Did you know that Nashua Community College is offering programs that are free to the learner? Due to the critical shortage of early childhood teachers, the state of NH is funding education programs to certify teachers in early childhood education. Having gotten my data analytics certificate at NCC, I can tell you the programs there are flexible, applicable to work and worth your time. Teachers at NCC understand the learning needs of those seeking to add to their credentials while balancing life and work.

Good News! So far this year fourteen students have completed their high school diploma. Students earning an Adult Education diploma will walk with the large graduations in June or with the Adult Education graduation in July. Congratulations to all our graduates!

Fall semester classes for the Adult Diploma classes will start the week of September 9th. The class schedule and registration materials will be on our website in May. Classes are offered in person and on line. Contact NCLL at 603-966-2420 or ncll@nashu.edu for more information.

The next lottery for Driver education will be on May 14th at the NHS South Auditorium. The lottery will be for the Quarter 1 only. (Quarter 1 classes begin on September 16th.) Plan to arrive for the lottery between 3:15 to 3:40pm to get your lottery ticket. Tickets will be drawn starting at 3:45pm. Bring all forms and documentation to the lottery. Classes must be paid for in full at time of registration.

You do not need to attend the lottery if you are already signed up for Quarter 4 or Summer Driver Education.

Summer school is offered for core classes in the month of July. Students are limited to 2 classes in summer school. This program is only for students repeating a class. Attendance is required to earn credit. Registration materials are now available. Students should visit guidance for paper copies of the registration forms.

To help your family plan, Summer school for high school students will be July 1st to July 26th. (No classes on July 4th and July 5th.) Summer graduation will be on Thursday July 25th. Attendance is mandatory.

Competency recovery is for students who have a final grade of NC on their transcript. The Summer Registration materials are available now. Students attend for one week between July 8th and July 26th depending on the course being recovered. See the registration form for details on dates and times.

Do you need help with your school work? Tutor.com is now available to adult learners. Select NCLL as your school and follow the prompts.

Did you know that NCC offers "Boot Camp" style programs in both Soldering, Micro Electronics and Machining? In 6-8 weeks you can be ready for a new high paying career. Go to the NCC website and look at programs in workforce development. NO experience required!
