Welcome to February on Forest Lane!

As I scan through the calendar for the month of February in our neighborhood, there are so many important events happening in the upcoming weeks:

February Newsletter: This document is attached digitally in this week's Monday Memo and will be sent home in print. There are many great learning opportunities happening in our classrooms.

Wisconsin Chili Lunch: Mark your calendars for Thursday, February 27. Sign up sheets for our Wisconsin Chili Lunch event will go home on February 11. Please consider joining your child for some chili on National Chili Day. Any opportunity to have our Forest Lane Families in the building is beneficial to students, staff, and families.

PTO Meeting: On Monday, February 3, our PTO has its monthly meeting in the IMC at 6pm. This month, the meeting is a week earlier than normal due to the Professional Learning Day on February 10.

PTO-Sponsored Valentine's Day Dance: This week, permission slips will be sent home for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade interested in attending the Valentine's Day dance after school on Friday, February 14.
