Jaguar Tracks
March 14th
Dear Jaguars,
As we wrap up another fantastic week at school, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate all the wonderful activities that have taken place and share what's coming up next!
This week, we had a great in-service day on March 10th, where our staff engaged in valuable professional development, learning more about strategies to support our student population and how we can best support all students in their learning journeys.
This past week, we experienced some fun grade level enrichments- Kindergarten students had a performance by Talking Cello, and our second graders had a special enrichment session on Helen Keller. This coming week, we have a school wide enrichment event with Cori the Dribbler for our students which promises to be a fun experience! Report cards will be emailed home soon, and we encourage you to take time to celebrate your child’s progress. Don’t forget, we’re also hosting Kid’s Night Out for some extra fun next week!
This week also brought warmer weather our way, and hopefully it is here to stay! Because we have had quite a few weather flag days in the last month, we wanted to give some reminders for our arrival procedures:
- All students should walk to the back of the building upon arrival and plan to line up with their class for the bell at 8:15. Any students who are biking should get off their bike once at the Oak Street parking lot and walk their bike back to the bike rack. Students should not ride their bikes in the parking lot, as cars may be entering and exiting during that time.
- Only students who attend Extended Day, have a Morning Safety position, or are having breakfast should enter the Oak Street Door. Students will be admitted for breakfast at 8:10.
- As a reminder, there are no dogs allowed on the playground during drop off, recess and pick up.
Have a wonderful weekend,
Caitlin

Kid's Night Out Fundraiser - Go Mrs. Nazzaro!!!
I am honored to be running the Boston Marathon with the One Mission team! My heart is with this incredible organization because I believe deeply in their whole-child approach to pediatric cancer care. Seeing my own daughter's passion for fundraising to fight cancer through her love of theater has inspired me to take my own passion for running and use it to make a difference. As a teacher here at Joshua Eaton and a mom, I know how crucial it is to support the social and emotional well-being of children and their families during such a challenging time. One Mission's programs, from arts and crafts to celebrating birthdays, bring joy and vital support to these families, and I'm invested in ensuring these children have everything they need. Giving back is what life is all about, and I'm incredibly grateful to be a part of One Mission's drive to brighten the lives of kids fighting cancer.
As part of the fundraising, I am hosting this Kids’ NIght Out at J.E. I’m hoping this is a fun night for kids and allows parents a chance for a night out themselves, while supporting a great cause.
Thank you,
Bethany Nazzaro
