SUBMITTING ABSENCES FOR ALL DAY

Please use the following steps to submit a Skyward absence for all day only. If you are only going to be gone for a part of the day, you can just contact the front office. Doctors notes can either be brought back to school or emailed to lbmsattendance@lcisd.net within 48 hours.

Again, this option should only be used for a full day absence:

open the skyward app on your device
click attendance
click add absence request
make sure date is correct
make sure all day is selected
use the dropdown arrow to select a reason
add comments if necessary

This is the process for middle schools. We understand that the elementary and high schools may have their own process.

ONE PILL CAN KILL PRESENTATION

On January 10th, we will host an assembly discussing the dangers of taking unidentified/unprescribed pills and the current fentanyl crisis. This assembly will be straight forward and highlight dangers that are right here in Lubbock. As with any assembly, we will have an opportunity for parents to opt their student out of attending. If you DO NOT want your child to attend this assembly, please click the link below and fill out the form.

LCP PERFORMS

WHO: LCP Performs Presents (students from both LCHS & Liberty!!)

WHAT : Bye Bye Birdie, A Musical Comedy WHERE : LCHS Performing Arts Center

WHEN : January 17: 7pm / January 18: 2 & 7pm

WHY : Because we all need some joy and excitement!!!
