Wellness Center
Greetings from the Wellness Center,
As we start a new year, it’s important to celebrate ourselves and our accomplishments. Every day, you have an opportunity to learn about yourself as a learner. Maybe you have learned that you understand more from class when you take notes, or that you comprehend more when you listen to an audiobook while you’re reading, or that your writing is so much more organized when you use a graphic organizer. Take some time and think about yourself as a learner and what you have learned about yourself as a student. Reflect on the following questions:
- What am I good at?
- What am I interested in?
- What is challenging for me?
- What helps me do my best work?

Staff Spotlight
This week we would like to recognize Mrs. Kimberly Higgins. Mrs. Higgins works tirelessly serving our students and parents in the ASB Student Store. Mrs. Higgins always sells the best Northview gear and spirit packs. Dance passes? She's your go-to. ASB card? That is her too. Art supplies for student signage is always stocked up as well as the merchandise on our shelves. Her warm heart and rapport with students is an added bonus.
In Mrs. Higgins free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two girls doing outdoors activities like camping and fishing. We can all agree it's "smore" fun when Mrs. Higgins is around.
