Cosmin Panait

Panait began his career in New York with MD Global Partners. He was primarily concerned with PIPEs, debt restructurings, equity facilities, and mergers and acquisitions. Panait found small to mid-market enterprises in need of finance and effectively maintained partnerships throughout the project's life cycle.

He learnt how to collaborate with lawyers, hedge fund managers, and executive teams. His experience in this capacity taught him about the unique obstacles of various sorts of investments and why some ventures succeed while others fail.
