Doors open at 7:40, classes begin at 7:59. Dismissal at 3:05.


Jr/Sr High Hours:

Doors open at 7:30, classes begin at 7:49. Dismissal at 2:55.

A Strong Start to the New Year!


As we wrap up the second week of January, I want to recognize the incredible energy and dedication each of you has brought into this new year.

The start of a new year always brings fresh opportunities, and I’m thrilled to see how we’ve already embraced them. From the improvement in attendance to your enthusiasm for the new programs and initiatives, we are building momentum for another successful year.

I encourage all of us to keep our positive energy. Let’s continue supporting one another, sharing ideas, and pushing boundaries as we work toward our shared goals.

Thank you for everything you do—it doesn’t go unnoticed and makes a difference every day.

Empowering and Engaging Educators through Effective Practices

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
OPTIMISM: Educators shape futures daily. Often without realizing it. Mickey’s life was changed by a teacher, Ms. Ritchie, who fought to get him his IEP. Ms. Ritchie doesn’t know she changed Mickey’s life or what he is accomplishing now. Every teacher changes students’ lives in ways they never get to see.
FLUENCY: Mickey takes IEPs and IDEA from stressful obligations to fun, easy, and empowering frameworks.
CONFIDENCE: Educators will become confident talking about disability. According to the CDC, 20 – 25% of the population has a disability, so this confidence will make every educator’s life easier daily.

Great News!

Jr/Sr:

  • The students of the Student Council wanted to put out an opportunity for students, staff, and parents to get some apparel so they organized a website with some apparel choices. Feel free to follow the link or the QR Code attached to get into the website.
  • Student of the Week was able to acknowledge 2 weeks worth of students to catch up from before break. Keep going, Broncos! (See picture below.)
  • We have our first GOLDEN HORSESHOE WINNER for the Bronco Stampede attendance initiative: Ms. Garvison's Advisory class! They are celebrating with ice cream sundaes. We have a couple of classes that are only a couple of horseshoes away from celebrating too.
Elementary:

  • Kudos to Ms. Dufore and her students for making learning an exciting adventure—one that extends beyond the classroom doors! In an exciting and engaging twist on traditional classroom learning, Ms. Dufore and her students recently stepped outside the confines of the classroom doors to explore education in a more hands-on, interactive way. This week, the class participated in an innovative learning activity that brought the concepts of measurement and estimation to life.

  • We are excited to announce the winners of our Bronco Ticket Contest! Congratulations to Mrs. Hall, Ms. Dufore, Ms. Wagner, and Mrs. Bellin’s classes for filling their drum in the office first.
