Hello Families!

Dear Amazing Families,

We are so happy to see all of our students again and hear about all the fun things they did this summer! Our Open House for grades 3 through 5 will take place this week on September 10th. Grades PreK to 2 will be held on September 11th. Below you will find the detailed agenda for the two evenings. We look forward to connecting with parents. We hope you enjoy your long weekend!

Our upcoming picture days will take place September 10, 11, 19 and 20. Each homeroom teacher will sign up for a day and time. Your child's teacher will send home an email with the date.

Friendly Reminders

Make sure to get your 1212 volunteer form in. As long as you keep your 1212 form up to date each year you do not need to redo your fingerprints. 1212 forms and fingerprints are needed if you would like to be able to volunteer as a chaperone on a field trip or help with classroom or school activities.

For the safety of your children and the safety of our staff, it is important that you remember to bring your ID when you come to enter the building or pick up your child. Per policy, without it we will not be able to allow you to enter the building. We appreciate your support and understanding.

If you are picking your child up during normal dismissal time please help us keep the flow of traffic moving at the doors. We ask that if you cross to the other sidewalk as soon as you have your child(ren).

OPEN HOUSE

Please see the attached agendas for each night of open house. A shuttle bus will be running from St. Edwards to the school to allow for additional parking.
