Legal School is a Christ-centered community committed to nurturing lifelong learners, leaders, and global citizens while instilling virtues in the lives of our students.

This week our morning prayers have focused on what it means to be grateful and express gratitude towards others and God. All week we have been challenging the students to think about the importance of gratitude. As the Administrators of Legal School, we continue to be so blessed to serve and grateful be part of the Legal School Community.

We are very appreciative of the amazing staff and students that we get to work and learn along with daily, it is because of you all that our jobs are so rewarding! Thank you as well to the families that help us be a part of all of your children's lives, this is a true partnership that makes us grow as a school community. Thank you everyone for allowing us to share our gifts and talents with all of you!

As we gather this weekend to celebrate Thanksgiving, we hope everyone gets a chance to relax and spend some time with family.

A Grateful Family is a Happy Family

Fortunately, some guests came in and read to our students during Read-In Week. Special thanks to Trustee Proulx, Belinda Halbach (Legal Library Board Society), Sturgeon Fire Department and Edmonton Elks & Elks Cheer Team. We have a few more guests coming in next week as well. It is always great for the students to hear books read aloud by different people.

Next Friday, October 13th, at 9 a.m., we will have a Thanksgiving Mass at St. Émile Parish. At this mass, the grade 4 Religion students will receive their blessed bibles presented from the CWL.

All students will be attending mass unless the students registered in the Citizenship class bring in the form for the alternate activity back at school. Please get in touch with your child's classroom teacher or Admin if you have any questions.

All family members are welcome to join us!

Our Country of Canada is in “great need of public prayer, repentance and conversion! Once again St. Émile Parish, in Legal, will be holding a Rosary Crusade on Oct. 14 at 12:00pm. The event will begin in the church with the crowning of our Blessed Mother Mary, and a presentation of the Miraculous Event that took place in the presence of 70 000 people, with Our Lady of Fatima on May 13, 1917.

In 2014 there were 39 rallies in Canada....in 2022, 773 rallies and in 2023 a projected 1000 rallies!
Weather permitting, we will process outside to pray a public rosary for Canada.
A group photo will follow the event.

The children will have an opportunity to gather in the rectory after the rally, to watch a children’s movie of the “Miracle of Fatima”.
PLEASE come and pray for our country of Canada.
Fellowship, coffee, tea and juice will be served, along with muffins, cookies and squares.

All are welcome to attend. Invite your friends to join us.

On Wednesday, Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools celebrated their Annual Long Service Awards, and Legal School had three staff members serving 50 years together.

Congratulations to Mrs. Morin for 20 years, Mrs. Delhez for 25 years, and Ms. Gamache for 5 years. We are proud to celebrate the success of Titans' staff!
