Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,
I am pleased to report that the school year is off to a smooth and positive start. Students are adjusting well to their new routines, and it's been great to see them settling into their classes and connecting with one another. Teachers have been focused on creating a supportive and engaging environment, and it’s encouraging to see the progress being made already.
As we move forward, we appreciate your ongoing support and look forward to the continued success of the students in the months ahead.
Mrs. Erhardt
PRMHS Principal
NEW INFORMATION
Important Information from the Health Office
The student health information forms will be sent home with students during homeroom next Monday, 9/9/24, for annual parent/guardian verification. Please make any changes directly on the form, sign, and return to your student's school nurse. Please note that Zyrtec has replaced Benadryl on the medication list for acute allergic reaction. In addition to the medications listed on the form, the nurse may also dispense the following: aloe vera, calamine/Caladryl, eye wash, vaseline, and hand sanitizer. If you wish to opt out of any of these, please contact your student's school nurse.
A Great Big Thank You!
This week our grade 8-12 Theatre Arts students were treated to a conversation with Zan Berube, a working actress currently starring as Lorraine Baines in the Broadway National Tour of Back to the Future the Musical.
Zan was previously seen on the National Tour of Six as Anne Boleyn, which many of our students recognize her from. Zan offered wonderful insight and answered students questions on topics ranging from life as a touring actor to navigating the world of college auditions all the way to what it's like to kiss another actor on stage eight times a week.
We were so grateful to Zan for volunteering her time to join us and inspire out students!
