Mrs. Barnes
My name is Angela Barnes and I am beyond excited and honored to be Julian Harris Elementary School principal. This will be my 37th year in education. I look forward to seeing all the smiling facing of students and adults eager to learn new things. I hope and pray that I can encourage others to be the best they can be and believe in themselves even on difficult days. There is always sunshine that comes with the rain. I begin every day by saying “it is going to be a great day!! If you believe you can do it you can!
