📣 Families! Here's What's Happening This Month: 📣

December 4th - Start of 12 Days of Christmas Dress up Days (see calendar below)

December 5th - 3rd Grade Market

December 12th - 3rd grade to Nutcracker 11 - 2 pm, PTO Meeting 5:30 pm in library

December 13th - Luminaries in garden 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Essential Academics to Bass Pro Shop

December 18th - Holiday Class parties

December 19th - Early Release Day 12:00 pm, End of 2nd 9 Weeks

We are going to celebrate the winter holidays at River Oaks starting on December 4th, so please feel free to join us in our 12 Days of Christmas. See calendar below to see how we will celebrate. Feel free to allow your children to show their culture's winter holiday. We appreciate all winter holidays at River Oaks Elementary!

Third Grade Market - December 5th

Third grade students have been busy social entrepreneurs making products for the 3rd graders market, which is the culminating project event of their economics unit coming up this week on December 5th. Make sure your student has money to shop for handmade treasures and 3rd graders will use the profits to donate to Austin Pets Alive.

PTO Meeting

Thursday, December 12th at 5:30 pm in the River Oaks Library.

Please join us for our luminaries on Friday, December 13th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the River Oaks Garden. There will be Santa pics, 4th and 5th grade musical, crafts, and a luminary walk out to the River Oaks garden to spend time with your friends and enjoy holiday music.

Parents, please check our lost and found in the cafeteria. We have plenty of coats and jackets in the lost and found and will be donated to Goodwill if they have not been claimed. Thank you.
