From our PWHS Dance Team Coaches...
Hello, PWSSD Families!
The Port Washington High School Varsity Dance Team is back again this year for our homecoming kids clinic and performances and would love to see you all there! We will, again, be using GoFans for registration! This means you will pay with debit or credit card upon registration and will not need to bring cash or check. It's a much simpler process! Use this link to register today and share with your friends! Our goal is to have 100 dancers join us this year.
Here are this year's event details:
- $50 per dancer includes 3 dance classes, a set of poms & hair bow!
- All registration is due 11:59 PM on Sept 25 to ensure timely delivery of poms and uniforms.
- $10 For a t-shirt to wear for performances. This is an optional purchase and any white t-shirt or year's past t-shirt may be worn. We will have previous year's t-shirts in limited sizes available for purchase at a discounted price. This year's t-shirt design is attached to this email and is the same design as those who performed at the football game this year.

Labeling Personal Items
Please label personal items, including sweaters, jackets, sweatshirts, lunch boxes, and backpacks. Our lost & found gets very full of unlabeled items. If they're labeled, we return them to students.
Please pack an extra set of clothes in your child’s backpack. When a child spills milk at lunch or finds a puddle at recess, he/she will be able to change into clean clothes and comfortably return to class.
Reporting an absence
Click here for our Infinite Campus Absence Request How-To video
If you know your child will be out for an extended amount of time, please fill out a Pre-Excused Absence form for our teachers to assign any work that will be missed.
Dentist appointment? Orthodontist? Doctor?
If your child needs to leave during the school day, for the safety of your child, he or she must be signed out from the office prior to leaving the building and signed back in when returning to school.
Also, please get a written excuse while at the appointment to bring to the LES office. This way, we can document the absence as medically excused.
Medications at School
If you have medication(s) to be given to your child while at school, please click the link below to fill out the proper documents for our Health Room. Please note, prescription medication requires a doctor’s signature to be distributed at school.
PALS Padlet
The PALS Padlet allows everyone easy access to information about our Lincoln parent group, to get in touch with them, and/or to see updates of all their fun events!
