New Process For Entering School During the Day
We’re taking some additional steps to ensure the security of our front entrance during the school day. The outside main entry doors will be locked during the school day. Everyone who comes to our front entrance during school hours will be asked to do the following:
Push the buzzer on the outside door to call the main office
Be prepared to identify yourself and your reason for visiting
Wait outside until their visit can be confirmed
Enter the main office vestibule and then the main office once the doors have been unlocked
If you’re visiting school during the day or picking your child up early, please let your student's teacher know or contact the main office before you arrive. It will speed up this new process if we know when to expect you.
Thank you for helping to keep our school safe!
PTO Staff Appreciation Week
Next week is Staff Appreciation Week!
Don't let our teachers suffer with an empty fridge, help the PTO stock the fridge with goodies!

Don't want to do the shopping yourself? That's ok donated to the PTO and we will do the shopping for you!
Please see the Sign Up Genius for ideas and to sign up. Items can be brought to school in the drop-off line, with your child or dropped off in the vestibule.
We would appreciate all donations by May 8th.
Staff Appreciation week is next month May 6-May 10 and we want to spoil our staff with goodies! The PTO, with the help of parent Tracy Schweitzer, is putting together a raffle for the staff of all kinds of items and we need your help!
Feel free to purchase items off this registry wish list https://amzn.to/49mKi8Z, or if you wish you can purchase gift cards from local restaurants (Send to the Greenland office in an envelope labeled PTO) or send money to the PTO venmo @greenlandpto and we will purchase items for you.
Let's make this a magical week for them!
PTO Book Fair
The Buy One Get One Free book fair is coming and we need your help running the fair!
The Book Fair is open before school, during lunch, after school, and before the school dance. If you have never worked at the book fair before, Please let us know and we would be happy to find an "experienced” book fair volunteer to work with you.

We need volunteers to cover all the shifts and let our little shoppers shop the book fair! If a shift does not have volunteers - please note the book fair will not be open during that time.
Please help if you can!
OHS SUMMER ATHLETIC CAMPS - REGISTRATION OPEN NOW!
The Oconomowoc High School Athletics Program will again offer summer athletic camps for students in grades 5K-12 in June and July. Camps are led by the OHS coaching staff with assistance from OHS student-athletes. Registration for OHS Athletic Summer Camps is separate from OASD Summer School registration and occurs through the OASD Web Store.
>> Visit the Athletics Summer Camp web page for the camp booklet and registration information!
Parent Request to Move or Refund Credit Balances
- All credit balances can be moved over to a families food service account, this is our preferred use of credit balances but we understand sometimes this just doesn't make the most sense.
- Credit balances on student fee accounts will only be refunded if over $15.00 and all other fees are paid in full. If your family food service account is in a negative balance, funds will be moved to cover this overage prior to any refunds.
- Credit balances can be moved to sibling accounts to pay for outstanding fees.
- Credit balances cannot be moved to pay for web store items.
- Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks of submission.

Snack Time
Just a reminder that all classrooms take a snack break during the school day. If your child would like to eat a snack during this time, please send them with a snack each day. If you are in need of resources for food, please contact Katherine Konle at konlek@oasd.org. If you have extra individually wrapped, nut-free snacks that you would like to donate to our school, please send them in with your child or drop them off in the office
