Check your AP Exam Registration
Click here, or below, to check your AP Course registration. It will say "Yes" next to exam if it is ordered for you. It will also say the day and time of when the exam will be administered. If you discover you are not registered for the exam you would like to take please see the necessary steps below and pay attention to the final deadline, above.
The exam(s) was not ordered if you did not use the class join code or if you did not pay/say for it by the 11/15 deadline. You can still register by letting me no later than March 6th, see the After 11/15 Late Ordering section below.
After 11/15 Late Ordering
If you missed the ordering deadline (11/15) but still want to take the exam you will be charged the exam fee ($85 or $6) and an additional $40 per exam.
To request an exam after the deadline complete this After 11/15 AP Exam Google Form.
In addition if you cancel or do not show up to your exam the unused/canceled exam fee is $40 per exam. This means if you paid the Full Fee amount ($85) and decide to cancel prior to the exam you can receive a refund of $45. If you paid the $6 exam fee you will not be eligible for a refund.
Do you think you have an AP Exam Conflict?
You can check the AP Exam Schedule here
The most typical reasons for a late exam include:
-Two AP Exams scheduled at the same.
-An AP exam is the same time as an IB exam
-Athletic contest/event
-Academic contest/event
Complete List of College Board approved reasons for late testing can be found here.
If you think you have a schedule conflict with one or more of your AP exams please complete this AP Exam Conflict Google Form.
Calculus AB or BC?
At this point everyone studying Calculus, should use the Calculus AB Course Join Code so you can access the AP Classroom. Later this year (deadline is March 6th) students can elect to sign up for the BC exam if they would like. I will send out a message once we get closer.
Services for Students with Disabilities Information: Request Deadline is 01/15
If you have been approved previously for College Board (SAT, PSAT) accommodations you will also be able to take AP Exams with College Board–approved accommodations such as extended time and breaks.
If you have not been approved for College Board accommodations but feel like you would like to apply for them, check out the Accommodations on College Board Website and then contact your counselor as soon as you can. The approval process takes several weeks to get a decision so starting early is a good idea.
