Eagle Academy Newsletter
January 2025
Message from the principal
Welcome to the Eagle Academy monthly newsletter. Each month I will share out news from around the district and items specific to EA. The hopes would be that this newsletter is relevant and helpful for our students, parents and community. If you ever have questions or concerns, please contact us at 208-350-4220.
Parent Input Needed
We need your help!
We are looking for a small group of parents to help review the feedback we received from our last Experience Survey. This would require a short meeting after school sometime in the next few weeks. If you are interested, please email Mr. Sprengel directly at sprengel.evan@westada.org
Once we have volunteers, we will work to find a day to meet.
Thanks in advance for your time to help make our school the best it can be!
Semester 1 In Review
This month brought the start of the second semester and gives us a chance to look back at what we’ve accomplished so far this year. I wanted to take a moment to celebrate the success of our staff and students and share a slice of that story. Here are the credits earned by EA students by month and how that compares to last year.

New to EA
New Secretary
We are so excited to announce that we have a new head secretary join our team. If you have any questions about attendance, registration, or bookkeeping please reach out to Mrs. Crystal Young at 208-350-4220 or email at young.crystal@westada.org
Student IDs
Students are REQUIRED to have their ID Badge in order to ride the bus. No student will be allowed to ride the bus without their ID Badge beginning January 22nd. Please remind all students to bring their IDs each day to school. It is necessary for students to navigate campus and swipe their cards to enter building doors. Students should see Mrs. Young in the front office to replace a lost ID. School IDs are just one way we help keep our school safe, so please do your part and remember to bring your ID to school each day!
