Happy New Year and welcome back! I hope you had a joyful and restful holiday season filled with memorable moments. We are half-way through the school year, and I want to extend a thank you to all of our students, staff, parents, and other St. Stanislaus supporters who helped make the first part of the school year one to remember. I cannot wait to see what the second half of the school year has in store for us at St. Stan.

The ice and snow were definitely a memorable moment and an unexpected addition to our break. The decision to close school due to inclement weather is difficult and is made to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

Snow Removal: Thank you to Mr. Meyer and all those who worked tirelessly to help clear the snow and ice from our sidewalks and parking lots this week. We are grateful for their hard work and dedication to ensure that our campus is safe for everyone. We are blessed to have them as part of our school community.

Home and School Meeting: The Home and School meeting scheduled for Monday, January 13, 2025 has been canceled. Our next meeting will be April 28, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.

Extra Milk: Beginning this month, the cost for an extra milk will increase from $0.35 to $0.40.

Report Cards: Report cards will be sent out electronically on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. This will give students who were absent before Christmas break time to turn in any assignments and teachers to get that information recorded.

Catholic Schools Week: Our staff is working on finalizing Catholic Schools Week events and information will be sent out in the near future.

PreK and Kindergarten Enrollment: PreK and Kindergarten enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year will begin shortly. Information will be mailed or sent home with students.

In the event of inclement weather, families will be notified in a text alert and email through FACTS. In most cases, a decision will be made by 6:30 a.m.

Early Dismissal: If we have an early dismissal due to inclement weather there will NOT be after school care. Other arrangements will need to be made if your child normally attends after care.

Late Start: In the event of a late start, students can be dropped off at 9:20 a.m. and school will begin at 9:40 a.m. There will be NO early morning care.
