Safety Patrol Students Needed
Safety is a Top Priority

* We have a full time police officer on campus.
* We require staff members to wear ID badges while on campus.
* We have a door alarm system that is triggered during the school day when the doors are not opened by staff members.
* We have 171 indoor and perimeter cameras.
* All staff are able to use the RAVE 911 app for emergency situations.
* All staff are trained in campus safety procedures.
* We have a team of staff trained in CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed and can quickly mobilize in an emergency event.
Bartlett PTO
Our PTO Board has been busy planning for the upcoming school year. Please consider joining and becoming a volunteer. You may email our Bartlett PTO at bartlettpto@yahoo.com. Also be sure to follow the Facebook page as well.
Possession and Use of Personal Electronic Devices
The District permits students to possess personal cell phones for safety purposes. Generally, these devices must remain turned off during the instructional day, including during all testing, unless they are being used for approved instructional purposes.
The use of any device that has the capability to take pictures or audio or video record is prohibited in locker rooms and restroom areas. These items are also prohibited if used to cheat, audio/video record, or photograph another student or staff member without that person’s permission, or when the use creates a disruption.
A student must have approval to possess other personal telecommunications devices on campus such as laptops, tablets, or other portable computers. The use of cell phones or any device capable of capturing images is strictly prohibited in locker rooms or restroom areas while at school or at a school-related or school-sponsored event.
If a student uses a telecommunications device without authorization during the school day, the device may be confiscated.
Bartlett Vacation Planning
Car Rider Line
If the driveway is full of cars you will need to line up on Cielo Drive in the direction where you will turn right to enter the school car line by the marquee. No long lines of turning left will be allowed as it will block the traffic pattern and prevent buses from freely passing through.
Parents must wait in their vehicle to receive students. Students will not be released to a parent if you walk up to the front with a car tag. Remain in your vehicle.
Remember the cone number you are asked to pull up to. That is where we are sending your child. If you skip a car trying to be first it will cause a delay.
Early Pickup Cut Off Times
When needing to pick students up early parents will need to do so by 2pm.
Walkers
Walkers must have an address zoned to Bartlett that is less than a mile from the school. We will verify the address before issuing a walker tag. Walkers are dismissed from campus at 3:25pm. PK/Kinder walkers that do not have an older sibling will need a walker tag.
On days when the weather is bad or heavy rain all walkers will be car riders.
We will confirm that your address is within one mile prior to issuing a walker tag.
Bus Transportation
Parents can register their students for transportation at the following link: Transportation Registration
Transportation Changes
Must be in writing! You may write a note to the teacher and place in the child's backpack or send an email to contactbartlett@conroeisd.net. All changes must be received by 2pm.
Tennis Shoes Needed for PE and Recess
Hi Parents,
Some students are wearing Crocs and Sandals to school. We strongly encourage students wear tennis shoes to school since students participate in recess and PE everyday. It is important students wear the appropriate shoes for their safety and unfortunately Crocs and sandals pose a safety concern.
2024-2025 School Calendar
See below for this year's school calendar. Please note the dates of long weekends. When planning travel for your family, we encourage you to plan around days school are in session. Regular attendance is crucial for your child's success in school.
Each day of learning builds on the previous one, and missing school means missing out on valuable lessons and activities that can not be recreated on a make up day. Being present daily helps students stay engaged, keeps them on track with their peers, and fosters a sense of responsibility and commitment.
Let's work together to ensure your child makes the most of their educational experience by attending school every day. Thank you for your support!

Bartlett Lunch Visits
Be sure you have signed up for one slot per week to allow other parents the opportunity to sign up for lunch as well. When arriving to campus the front office will double check that you have signed up through the link. Once lunch is over your child will need to re-join their class. If a parent needs to use the restroom we ask that you use the restroom in the front office and not the student restrooms located in the hallway. Thanks!
Lost and Found Items
All lost and found items are located at the table to the left of the stage in the cafeteria. Students are free to look through those items to locate any missing items.
