REMINDER!
Our Elementary playgrounds are closed to visitors, including our High School students, during their regularly scheduled school days (8:00-3:30). Thank you for cooperating with this request so that we can allow our little Quakers to finish their year strong!
ATTENTION, SENIORS...
The IT Department will be located in the Main Entrance Foyer on Monday, June 16th through June 18th, from 7:15 am to 2:15 pm to collect Chromebooks, calculators, and chargers. For your convenience, you can drop these items off on your way to or from your exam. If you need your Chromebook or Calculator beyond this period and can't get it turned in by then, you can return your Chromebook, Calculator, & Chargers directly to the IT Department Tech Office on the 3rd floor at any time before your last exam.
As part of this new initiative, all students must either submit the FAFSA or formally opt out by signing a waiver. If your family chooses not to submit the FAFSA, we are asking you to complete a waiver form through our Parent Portal to confirm your decision. When you log in to the Parent Portal, the waiver form will open in a separate window. If you are using the PowerSchool App, it is available in the “forms” section. This step ensures that we have accounted for every student and are in compliance with state requirements. You only have to complete this form once.
To support families in this process, Financial Aid Night will be held on Thursday, May 8th at 7 pm in the Commons. The School Counseling tab on the OPHS website also contains important information regarding financial aid and the FAFSA (https://www.opschools.org/Domain/134).
