Intro to Business students present their new Ben and Jerry's ice cream flavors, complete with market research, print and social media marketing.
Dear Parents, Guardians and Students
On this Veterans Day, we honor the brave men and women who have served our nation. Their sacrifices, courage, and dedication have secured our freedom and shaped our nation. Thank you for your service.
We've reached the very brief pause in the year when fall sports and activities are nearly wrapped up and winter sports/activities are just getting started. Our announcements have highlighted a number of clubs, sports and activities that are just getting underway this year so we encourage students to get involved. Multiple participants on our alumni panel last week emphasized how important it is to try new things in high school and now is the perfect opportunity to jump in!
Kind regards,
Amy Levek

AVID Fundraiser
Do you have a sweet tooth? Do you love chocolate that just melts in your mouth? If you do, our AVID 11 class has just the fix for your chocolate craving! We are joining forces with Seroogy’s chocolates out of DePere, WI. This is a northeastern Wisconsin chocolate institution that is celebrating their 125th year anniversary. AVID students will be selling six different varieties of meltaway bars for $2.00 per bar:
Chocolate Meltaway
Chocolate Crisp Meltaway
Peanut Butter Crisp Meltaway
Chocolate Mint Meltaway
Almond Meltaway
Shock Rock Meltaway
Besides making a great treat for you, these bars make the perfect gift for friends and family. You can mix and match their favorites to help show your love and appreciation for anyone in your life.
If you would like your student to bring home some of these delectable treats, ask them to keep their eyes open for students carrying little boxes around the school or they can stop in rooms 336, 314 or 129 and make a purchase from our AVID teachers.
Feel free to contact Ms Bjerkvold if you would like a special order put aside for you! belinda.bjerkvold@wfbschools.com
Thank you for your support to help next year’s AVID juniors and seniors pay for their college tour road trip!
