Dear Monomoy Middle School Families,
Happy STEM week Monomoy! This week, we will be celebrating Mass STEM Week as a school. To celebrate, we will participate in a school-wide design challenge. The theme is "STEM Starts Now!" Each homeroom will be provided with a materials bag on Monday with the task of designing and creating a device that can assist in picking up and transporting trash to the trashcan without having to bend over. Homerooms will submit their designs on Friday to be judged during their lunch period. We will announce the winners at the end of the day on Friday. Thank you to Ms. Nyerick for planning our event and happy designing!

Thrift Store Update! Monomoy Regional Middle School's math seminar has started a thrift store. The goal of the store is to normalize thrifting, teach sustainability, learn how to operate a store, and have fun! Every student will have the option to visit the thrift store with a ten point limit per quarter, which is on a preloaded card. No real money will be taken at the store. Please fill out the form linked here if you DO NOT want your student shopping at the thrift store.
