

2025-2026 Registration Information

RETURNING STUDENTS
This year we will utilize a new registration format for students returning to Aquin. Last year, with the changing of the student information system, we had to have all parents complete the necessary forms in the computer system. This year we will be using a “continuous enrollment” model. The continuous enrollment model assumes that you will be remaining at Aquin unless you indicate to us that you will not be returning for the 2025-2026 school year.
This change in registration format serves two purposes. The first is that it relieves families from filling out paperwork that is duplicated year after year, since our computerized system keeps the information on file. The second is that the school is charged a fee for every family that registers or re-registers in the computer system. While we don’t mind having to pay fees for new families, we determined this was an unnecessary expense that we could prevent for returning families by rolling everyone from one year to the next in the computer system.
This also means that your financial information portal will roll over to next school year. If you prefer to change your payments, for example from pay in full to monthly payments, that can be changed by notifying the school office or FACTS directly. Changes can be made at any time during the school year and/or prior to the start of next school year. Again, this will save families from having to go in and enter the same information that is already in the system.
While tuition for 2025-2026 is not yet determined, our plan is to assess registration fees ($75 per student) in February for the 2025-2026 school year. We will notify families prior to adding these fees to the payment portal.

NEW STUDENTS
New Student registration for current families with an additional child(ren), will be available in the Parent FACTS Portal. Sign in to the portal as usual, and it will be a menu item on the left side of the screen (Apply/Enroll). It is best to do this process on a desktop computer NOT a cell phone. If you need access to a computer, please contact the office and we will make arrangements for you to use one of ours.
Other new students should be directed to our school website (www.aquinschools.org) to complete the application process.
FINANCIAL AID APPLICATIONS
Financial Aid applications are also open in the Family Portal. Use the menu on the left to go to the "Financial" section. Then click on it. The Financial Aid Application is a link on the right side at the bottom. If you need assistance with the financial aid application or uploading documents, please contact the school office. We will be happy to assist you.
The deadline for the Financial Aid Application is March 31, 2025. If you need more time, please contact the school office.
OPEN HOUSE
Sunday January 26, 2025 - 1 PM
We will be hosting our new student Open House on January 26th at 1 PM. If you have friends or family that are interested in Aquin, please encourage them to attend this Open House! Word of mouth is our best advertising.
