Intervention & Enrichment
We are excited to launch the our new online platform that will move us into the next phase of Intervention & Enrichment. Many of you have seen this period on your student's schedule in Genesis and we are sure you have wondered what that period represents. Briefly, Intervention & Enrichment (I&E) is a 26 minute period either before or after lunch where students and teachers may select an activity for extra support or enrichment. All students were logged into our platform called "Flex" on Thursday and given guidance on how to select sessions or see where teachers have requested them. Students will receive a daily email (and be prompted in Advisory each morning to check their email) that provides them with their daily assignment. A presentation was shared with students on Thursday that you can also view HERE. We've also placed a link on the Beck Parent Dashboard to this presentation!
Red Ribbon Week
Please continue to help your students celebrate Red Ribbon Week this week. While Dress Up Days may not always seem significant, they are a sign that we are united together in a positive effort.
Halloween
At the middle level, we don't have Halloween parades but we do allow students to dress up! Please see the guidelines below.

Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Beck students are continuing their fundraiser for METAvivor, a breast cancer support foundation for those with Stage 4 Breast Cancer. This is the final week for sales!
