Acting Superintendent Spotlight
Dear PYLUSD Community,
Exciting things are happening in our district, and we want you to be part of the conversation!
On Tuesday, March 18, we will be hosting a Community Forum—a valuable opportunity for you to share your input on the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), review our state dashboard outcomes, discuss action plans, and collaborate on ideas for continuous growth and improvement. Your voice matters, and we look forward to hearing from you!
We are also thrilled to announce that our annual districtwide art show, ARTWORKS, is just around the corner! Mark your calendars and get ready to be inspired by the incredible talent of our student artists. Their hard work and creativity will be on display at the Richard Nixon Library from April 1 – April 28, 2025. Join us for the opening reception on March 31 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. as we celebrate the artistic excellence of our students!
Finally, we are incredibly grateful for our educational partner, The REACH Foundation, for their ongoing support in creating enrichment programs and opportunities for our students. I hope to see you at the 13th Annual Shamrock'n Run this Sunday, March 16, at Yorba Regional Park!
Thank you for your continued support in making PYLUSD the best it can be for our students and community.
Sincerely,
Dr. Allan Mucerino
