Parents, did you know that Legacy Studios will throw in a complementary photo package for any parent volunteers at Picture Day? Ms. Freed would sure appreciate some back-up on Monday if you are available for it!

Shifts are at least one hour, but you are welcome to sign up for as many as you'd like. Duties will include assisting photographers with students' QR Code cards and directing the students to the correct photographer.

All volunteers must have completed the PISD background check. Sign up here if you're able to help! Thank you for being of service to our campus to help picture day go smoothly.

Academic UIL Season is here! We are VERY excited about our students having the opportunity to participate in the University Interscholastic League (UIL) A+ Academics Competition.

Help us celebrate Coach Arnold with a diaper shower! Diapers can be dropped off on September 6th by the athletic offices! Baby Arnold will be arriving in October.

We are looking for Scouts (HMS students) who would be interested in taking on the responsibility of raising and lowering our flags out front. Additionally, if there's a Scout master in our community who'd be willing to provide a brief lesson to these students, that would be great! Please let Mrs. Brittain know if you are interested in this leadership opportunity.

Drivers, please be mindful of the students who are walking or riding bikes to Hays from across Hillcrest. We encourage all walkers and bike riders to cross at Aragon, where our crossing guard is stationed. We appreciate everyone's help and patience in getting students to and from school safely and efficiently.
