All Pro Dads' Camping Trip

We are thrilled to announce our return to Westgate River Ranch Resort and Rodeo for this year’s family camping adventure! This unique destination offers a variety of activities, including a live rodeo show and unlimited weekend passes for kids to enjoy the River Ranch Adventure Park (yes, that includes the bounce houses!).

This is a family event, so all family members are welcome—moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and more. While hosted by your school’s All Pro Dad program, it’s not exclusive to dads.

We’ve reserved nearly the entire resort for this event, but spots are filling up fast. Secure your family’s place by signing up today!

There are 16 different accommodation types to choose from, ensuring there’s something for every family:

• Tent Camping: $450 (bring your own tent).
• Platform Tent Camping: $650 (includes a pre-set tent, BBQ grill, and picnic table).
• RV/Trailer Camping: $685 (bring your own RV/trailer).
• Lodging Options: Starting at $950 (includes rooms, suites, cabins, and more).
• Luxury Options: $1,950+ (includes Glamping, Tee Pees, and Conestoga Wagons, all with golf carts included).

Prices include:

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds (minus processing fees) are available for cancellations made before December 31, 2024.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after December 31, 2024.
