8th Graders visit Jefferson High School IB World School
This past week, our 8th graders took a field trip to visit Jefferson High School and learn about the various offerings, electives, extra curriculars and more offered at our feeder school. Our students had a great time connecting with current students and learning about what it is like to be a Jefferson Mustang firsthand.
All Region Honor Choir
Congratulations to Ana, Jazmin, Liliana, and Maria who will perform at the Region Honor Choir Concert! Mrs. Rogers, choir director, extends an invite to our Woodlawn Community and beyond.
Goal Setting
What does kicking off the year right look like for our students? Goal setting and reviewing essential agreements.
As part of an IB Education, we empower our students to take ownership of their learning journey and behavior. Students goal set to then take action and build themselves capable of accomplishing what they have defined as success.
Students also review collaboratively what a good learning community looks like. Mrs. Rogers had students review these items during the first week back.
