Welcome to our weekly newsletter, TALON TALK!

I am honored to serve as Principal of Reynolds Middle School for the 2024-2025 school year! I am thrilled to begin my 6th year at Reynolds Middle, my 9th year in Prosper ISD, and my 17th year in Education.

At Reynolds, we are committed to ensuring that EVERY student learns at high levels and reaches their highest potential EVERY day through innovative, inspirational, and purposeful learning experiences. We absolutely cannot wait to have students back on campus and to kick off the 24-25 school year!

We look forward to seeing some families this week for our New Eagle Orientation (New to PISD Families) and our incoming 6th grade Eagle Camp on 7/31. We will see everyone the following week for our Skyward Schedule Walk (more info below)!

Construction Updates

A dedicated construction email will be coming out this week with all of our Reynolds Renovations.

Arrival & Dismissal

** NEW: Traffic flow is prohibited on the east side of the campus between the main building and the MPF from 7:00am-4:00pm**

There are many students and staff in this area during these times. Please use Coleman Street to navigate around the campus to ensure safety.

We ask that you avoid surrounding areas, such as neighborhoods and businesses, during dismissal times.

Thank you for helping keep our students and staff safe!

Chromebooks and Chargers

If a student loses his/her charger or the device needs repairs the parent/guardian can go to MySchoolBucks, select the Technology item, pay, send the receipt to their child so the child can show it to the tech, and the campus tech can provide a new charger or repairs.

Cell Phones

Please note:

The use of cell phones during the school day (8:15-3:30) is NOT permitted. Cell phones should be put away unless directed by the teacher for educational purposes. This includes in hallways and at lunch. Please help us support our students in limiting the use of phones during the school day.
