New Student Passwords
Here are some steps if your student is having trouble using their new password.
- Completely restart or shut down their chromebook (not just closing the lid)
- Once they log in, if they can't access some things on chrome (like final form), they need to clear cache/cookies and restart. It's probably a good idea to clear cache anyway before school starts.
- Open chrome.
- At the top right, click the 3 dots, and then Delete browsing data.
- Time frame should be "all time" and check (cookies and other site data) and (and cached images and files). Then click "clear data"
- And restart chromebook
- When you log back in, give it about 5-10 minutes to sync the data before opening chrome again.

Stickers on Chromebooks
When Chromebooks are damaged and in for repair, students will not receive back their original Chromebook. They will receive another new or repaired Chromebook, so students are not able to personalize their Chromebook.
We want to remind students not to place stickers on their Chromebooks. We need for all Chromebooks to stay sticker-free. Thank you!
