WOW - when we asked for you to donate plastic bags, you really rose to the occasion! This is what was collected over the last 2 days. We are so thankful for your participation, and I know that HEB is as well. We'll keep you posted on the final count when we hear back from HEB!

Next week is National Library Week and National Assistant Principal Week - let's show Ms. Garza, Ms. Perez, and Ms. Claxton how much we appreciate what they do for Plain!

Also, please save the date for Jim Plain's first ever Multicultural Night! We are excited for our community to showcase the diverse cultures represented here at JPE. We'll also have food trucks and Kona Ice, so save the date for May 7th from 5:30-7:00!

Transportation registration is now open for the 25-26 school year. Every year all eligible students are required to register to ride the bus. Please be sure to register by May 31st to guarantee your child(ren) will have bus transportation starting on the first day of school! Click here to register your child(ren)!

New student registration has begun! This includes all new Prek and Kindergarten students. Teacher staffing is based off of enrollment numbers, so please please be sure to register your children as early as possible and encourage your neighbors to register early as well! Everything can be done online here.

Our school is excited to be partnering with The American Heart Association this year, bringing awareness to heart disease, stroke and CPR! Stay tuned on information for our school's Kids Heart Challenge program helping to support causes that are near and dear to all our hearts! This will be a super fun experience where our students will learn how to keep their hearts happy and healthy and how to save a life! You can get signed up here!

We wanted to make sure you knew about a special event in April for all incoming band students at both Leander Middle School and Danielson Middle School.

If you will be attending Leander Middle School, please read information about their Instrument Selection Day HERE! It will be Saturday, April 5th at Leander Middle School, and you can SIGN UP HERE for a time! Many of you have already signed up - thank you so much!
