Principal's Message...
It has been another great week at Spalding Drive! Our 1st graders are working on comparing numbers while our 3rd graders are starting learn about division. And how much fun was today? We loved seeing our students embrace their favorite book character or teach us a new vocabulary word. Thank you for making today a great one!
We will be hosting 2 prospective parent events in the upcoming weeks in anticipation of the open enrollment process. Please reach out to any families that might be interested in exploring Spalding Drive as an educational home for their students to let them know. There will be more details to come about how the process will work through the district, but we want to take the opportunity to show our community how special Spalding truly is! Please see below for the flyer and more information.
I do encourage questions, suggestions, and any feedback you have throughout the school year. Please always feel free to reach out to me by email (rosenthall@fultonschools.org).
In Partnership,
Jennifer
District Perception Survey
Don't forget to please take a moment to complete our yearly perception survey. This is a great way for the district to see what an incredible community we have at SDE and any areas for us to grow.
We want to hear from you! Take the Annual Parent Perception Survey between October 16 and November 22 and tell us what you think about Fulton County Schools. https://www.fultonschools.org/AnnualParentSurvey
Staff Spotlight...
Each week we will spotlight a different staff member! There are so many amazing adults here at SDE and I know everyone would love to learn a little more about each of them.
This week our spotlight is on one of our amazing kindergarten paraprofessionals, Julie Franklin. Julie is not only an employee here, but also a former parent!
