MicroSociety π«
Our Ventures have been working hard staffing for positions, creating operating budgets and applying for loans from our Saints' City Bank! We're learning that there is a lot to do to be successful in business!
Mrs. Squires and Ms. Alstad were able to attend the MicroSociety Convention in Pittsburgh this week! They were submersed in all things Micro, and return fully charged and ready to guide Saints' City to success! Through the convention, they were able to network with members of the MicroSociety Canadian contingent... representatives from each of the four Canadian schools that are recognized Micro locations!
We continue to try to build supportive relationships with community members and businesses, looking for mentors and financial sponsorship for our learning. Contact the school if you're willing or able to offer either!
Learning This Week π
We are active learners! From hands on science in all grades, exploration at the Career Expo to letting the creativity flow at Destination Imagination, we are always learning!
