Medical Access Billing Consent Medical Access Billing Consent

At Insight, school based medical access is streamlined to ensure students receive the supports they need. By signing the Medical Access Billing Consent Form, you allow the school to seek reimbursement for expenses from applicable sources. This process does not affect your personal insurance coverage or lead to any changes in your policy. The reimbursement helps the school manage costs while ensuring that services are provided appropriately to each qualifying student.

Updating Contact Information Updating Contact Information

It is important that we always have your most up to date email address, telephone number, and home address on file. By providing us this information, we will ensure you and your child receive all necessary materials and communications.

If you have any contact information changes throughout the School Year, please contact our Student Records team as soon as possible by emailing studentrecords@insightpaschool.org.

Title I Title I

What Is Title I?

Title I, Part A of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), is a federal program that provides financial assistance to schools. This funding is used to provide additional academic support and learning opportunities for students at schools with high percentages of economically disadvantaged children. The program is intended to help ensure that all students meet or exceed challenging state academic standards.

The goals of Title I are to:

  • Increase academic achievement
  • Provide direct instructional support to students
  • Provide professional development for teachers
  • Promote parent and family education and engagement

Parent and Family Engagement

Insight PA believes that Parent and Family Engagement is of paramount importance to student success. Every Title I school, in collaboration with parents, must prepare a school level Parent and Family Engagement policy. The Parent and Family Engagement Policy describes how the school will involve families in an organized, ongoing, and timely way, in the planning, review, and improvement of the Title I program at their school.

Please review our Parent and Family Engagement Policy, Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Parent and Family Engagement, School-Parent and Family Compact and Parent Right to Know on our website.

NEW STUDENTS ONLY: Importance of the Report Card & Transcript NEW STUDENTS ONLY: Importance of the Report Card & Transcript

Having a report card, or a transcript for High School students, from your child's previous school is essential to your child's success at Insight PA. The sooner we receive it, the earlier we can begin appropriate scheduling for your child. Without these documents, your child may have to have their schedule adjusted once we receive these documents from the previous school which could result in delayed graduation for high school students.

Newly Enrolled Students for the 24-25 School Year: If during the Enrollment process, you did not upload your child's previous school report card, and transcript for High School students, please email those documents to enrollmentcompliance@insightpaschool.org as soon as possible.
