VETERANS VISIT LVMS: Last week, local veterans visited LVMS to meet with our 8th Graders. Students met in small groups with veterans to hear stories and ask questions. Students also wrote letters and created cards for veterans as well. CLICK HERE to see some pictures.

LOST AND FOUND: Our Lost & Found bins, found in the LVMS front vestibule and 6th grade stairwell, are OVERFLOWING! Please check for sweatshirts, jackets, water bottles, lunch boxes, etc. Be aware! Unclaimed items will be donated after June 12th.
NJSLA TESTING: As of the end of today 5/20, NJSLA testing for 6th and 7th graders has concluded! All 8th Grade students will complete science testing on 5/21 and 5/22. Starting tomorrow, 5/21 any students that missed a section of the ELA, Math, or Algebra test will be given their makeup testing during the school day.

Good Luck to our Destination Imagination Teams the Manana Banana and the Dimensional Innovators as they travel to DI Global Finals in Kansas City this week! Global Finals is the culminating tournament for the Destination Imagination competition. They are two of four teams that will represent New Jersey and they will compete with teams from the United States and 14 other countries around the world. Good luck!

PTA Sponsored Shoe Drive - 4/8/24 - 5/31/24
During the months of April and May, the LVMS PTA is planning to sponsor a Shoe Drive. All types of GENTLY worn or new shoes are accepted, including sneakers, cleats, sandals, dress shoes, loafers, flip flops, etc. Please, no torn or damaged shoes, single shoes, roller skates or roller blades. Please consider saving shoes for the shoe drive as you plan your spring cleaning! Donation Bins will be in the lobby of the LVMS with a separate bin for each grade.
