January 30 is Family Support & No Homework Night!
Want to know what other Topper families did on January 30th together as a family? READ ON...
- We had a "salon night." One family member did everyone's makeup and Mom put tinsel in everyone's hair while we all watched Monsters Univesity!
- We played Cleveland monopoly.
- We attended the St. Mary's community supper.
- We went snowboarding at Alpine.
- We cooked dinner, ate, and watched a movie together without the pressure of completing school work. All the animals were cared for giving us even more time together.
- We ordered pizza and stayed in and watched a movie. Our schedules are always so busy with sporting events. It was nice to have a night off and hang out together.
NEW Message from Ms. Jenn in the CMS Clinic
Hello Parents
We are still seeing Flu and RSV in the school
Please review good hand washing with your kids
Please review proper cough etiquette with them as well
6th-grade parents, please remember the 7th-grade vaccines are due in August.
They are due 1 week after school starts. The 2 that are needed are tetanus and meningitis. I do look often on the State vaccine website, but not all providers are affiliated. You can always get a printout at the appointment and have your child bring it to me. If you need an exemption form, call me. I have sent a few home via email and in person with the kids. I have only received a couple back.
Please continue to call the office or me with anything that is considered contagious.
We are almost to Spring.
Thank you
Jennifer Trittschuh RN BSN LSN
Curious about Student Wellness? Join Us in Great Conversation!
The Science and The Arts Fair was a large success thanks to the hard work of SO MANY people, including our talented students, the Topper families who were able to attend and our dedicated staff of Science educators, Art teachers, and Music Department. There were additional people that made this event possible including our classified personnel setting up, running parts of and taking down materials following the event.
We appreciate each of you for your work - it paid off with an event to remember for many students. As was mentioned on morning announcements the following day, what was achieved was a TRUE accomplishment.

Ongoing CMS Information
Have you joined our CMS PBIS rewards yet?
During the first week of school, all families received personalized QR codes to join PBIS rewards to see your student's information as it relates to positive behavior choices in the building. If you have not joined yet, please consider doing so by scanning the code you received and signing up to receive notifications.
If you need another QR code, please reach out to your child's homeroom teacher or Ms. Paroubek to access another copy.
Thanks for partnering with us on this new system!
